Life in the Philippines
Hi guys!
Sorry for late updates, been crazy lately.
Actually not so much going on, just been a lazy week. Sunday started with front seats at GMA's Party Pilipinas. Check this link out, you just might find me!

Rest of the week has just been blurry. Castings here and there - the usual stuff.
Had some catching up to do with my Norwegian friend, Maya last night. Ended with me not going to Philippine Fashion Week today. Had a 6am rehearsal for LEE, but this girl just slept thru it. Haha. I knew I shouldn't have taken that last shot..
Anyways, been a bit homesick lately. Missing my grandma back in Norway and Munich. Hope it's just a period. Coz i really do Love it here.
Stay safe everyone, mwaah

At Dillinger's last night:

Still not used to my dark hair! Waah!

Got a makeover today! Thing is that I had to highlight my hair for a project a while ago. I specifically said light brown highlights, but it turned out to be stripes - and they used bleach! I've always loved my hair and I've never colored it. So I was really sad and angry. My hair got so frizzy after the bleaching, that I had to get treatment minimum once every two weeks. And that costs. A lot.
So now I wanted my natural hair color again, so I was at Viviere Salon today at Megamall. I've been going there since the bleaching accident for the hair treatment, and I love the staff and service there!
With my girl, Gerna!

I still don't know what to think about my "new do" though. I can't remember that my hair has been so dark before. Maybe I just got to get use to it? What you guys think? What's best? Before or after?
Before

After

Look how frizzy my hair looked like before, now that it's darker - it's more shiny and straight.

Me and the girls were rocking the dance floor at 7th high last saturday. Although we weren't there before 2am, (because of filipino time and incompetent taxi drivers) we had loads of fun.
And as I said, I was completely dead on sunday due to lack of sleep. But I wouldn't change it for the world. Had such a great weekend with friends!

That bird didn't like me!
Ok ok, so I was out with the girls for more than "a couple" of drinks last night.
I manage to get one whole hour of sleep before my LEE fitting. After that, me and friends went to Manila Ocean Park. Who said we needed sleep? Finally got to bed at 10pm and slept for 13hours. Woke up with the cold. So yeah, maybe we really do need sleep and rest after all. But it was fun, we only live ones you know! :)
I'll post the pictures later, right now I'm completely out of energy. Just been bumming the whole day.
Meanwhile, enjoy this video of us under influence (not the driver of course)
and don't forget to live life to the fullest! Mwah!
A normal day for me usually contains some castings and a lot of waiting.
Sometimes all the waiting pays off - like the commercial I got for RC Cola, a shoot with Rustan's and an endorsment I got for a whitening product with Boy Abunda. I've also got a fitting for Philippine Fashion Week this coming Sunday for LEE. And yeah, I was on a casting with America's Next Top Model cycle 10 finalist, Claire Unabia. I had no clue she was half Filipina.

Woopwoop! Just a normal day outfit before castings.
After all the waiting and the horrible Manila traffic, I usually go to the mall to meet friends, get my nails done or just for a drink or two. The mall, Greenbelt is like my second home, and I do not know how many hours I've spent at Tips n' Toes to get my acryl nails done. Back in Norway it takes around an hour and 7000 pesos (1000NOK), here it takes 2 hours and maximum 2000 pesos (ca.300NOK). And that's for a mani/pedi with foot spa, and also because they do everything without the filing machine.
The result - Fabulous!

I love shocking colors! Take a look at the cute butterfly :)
